do you know where i can find the vintage wedding cake topper that has a couple riding a bicycle on it? i have searched all over the internet to no avail.

Unfortunately I don't know where you would find the type of cake topper that you are interested in.
My suggestion would be to check fancyflours.com if you haven't already, keep checking eBay and look at local antique and collectible dealers in the town that you live in.
