I sat happily teary eyed while I watched today's Inaugural festivites, and was excited not only by the hope that President Barack Obama brings to the nation but, also by the sense of style that the First Lady Michelle Obama brings to the White House.
Today Michelle Obama was dressed in a classic 1960's inspired golden yellow coat and sheath ensemble designed by Isabel Toledo.
Aretha Franklin sported a retro inspired hat with a large rhinestone studded bow from Mr. Song Millinery while she sang "My Country, 'Tis of Thee".
I really enjoyed both ladies style choices and I am looking forward to seeing the Inauguration Ball gown that Michelle Obama will be wearing this evening.
