EASTER HAT PARADE

For the past two years I have gotten together with my friends and we have dressed up in fanciful hats and then gone out and had champagne and dessert together.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This year I am excited to announce that I am opening the event up to the public. Whether your favorite hat* is vintage, handmade, locally produced, or store bought, place it on your head, get gussied up in your favorite clothing ensemble and head on down to Pioneer Courthouse Square. We'll mingle a short while at the Square before we begin our Easter Hat Parade** down the sidewalks of S.W. Broadway and then up W. Burnside to Elephants Delicatessen on N.W. 22nd where you can purchase desserts and refreshments. *No baseball hats please **If you are unable to walk all the way from Pioneer Courthouse Square to Elephants you are welcome to join us at Elephants. We will probably arrive there around 2:00 or so.

When & Where:

Saturday, April 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at Pioneer Courthouse Square, followed by parading through Portland on our way up to Elephants Delicatessen located at 115 N.W. 22nd Ave.
